Shipping policy

Canada Shipping Rates (shipping to all provinces and territories except Manitoba & Saskatchewan)

1. Free shipping on all orders over $150
2. $10 flat-rate shipping on orders < $50
3. $15 flat-rate shipping on orders $50-$99.99
4. $18 flat-rate shipping on orders $100-$149.99

-Prints arrive in 2 to 8 business days from the date of order using standard shipping services. Prints are created in Canada within 24-48 hours of order, then promptly shipped.

-Original paintings are personally packaged by me, and shipped via UPS with a signature required.

U.S. Shipping Rates & How I ensure no tariff fees (aligning with customs laws)

-Rates/Delivery times - Same as Canadian shipping details (above) but in USD

-Prints - Are created in the US by my professional art print/frame supplier.

-Original Paintings - I personally take original paintings through the U.S. border and ship via UPS or Fedex from Montana. This way, I handle all tarrif paperwork and customs requirements, ensuring that my U.S. collectors pay no tarrifs.

Under Chapter 97 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), original hand-executed paintings are classified as duty-free when entering the United States. However, without the personal delivery, tariffs can mistakenly be charged, so this is my approach to prevent those incorrect charges for my collectors. 

Insurance and Packaging Care

All shipping of original paintings includes insurance, a tracking number, and requires a signature upon delivery. I personally pack original paintings with extra care and quality products in accordance with insurance recommendations, in an effort to ensure they arrive safely to my valued collectors.

Certificate of Authenticity

-Original paintings come with a certificate of authenticity and are hand-signed by me, as “Artglober” with the year the painting was created.
