What can I paint for you?
I specialize in creating high-quality artworks based on your favorite landscape photographs. Whether it’s a cherished memory from your travels, or a beloved place like your cottage, or sailboat, I will transform your photo into a beautiful, lasting painting.
Pricing
My commission rate is $4.17 USD per square inch. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your commission. Popular canvas sizes and example pricing:
- 12" x 12" x 1.5" — $600 USD (deposit: $150)
- 20" x 20" x 1.5" — $1,680 USD (deposit: $420)
The Commission Process
1. Inquiry
Contact me with your idea and reference photo(s). Tell me your ideas about size, mood & color.
2. Quote & Agreement
I’ll provide a firm quote and timeline if I believe I can create your vision. We move forward once you approve.
3. Deposit
Pay the 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in my schedule.
4. Progress Updates
I’ll send you progress photos at key stages so you can provide feedback.
5. Final approval & Payment
Once the painting is finished, I allow 2 additional minor changes based on your request. I’ll send you photos of the completed work. After you approve, you pay the remaining balance.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped at standard shipping rates, which are typically $75 per 20” x 20” painting.
