 About me

I grew up in an artistic home. My father was a part-time painter, and both my parents actively studied art history, and were museum and gallery enthusiasts. Althouth, I have an MBA and a background in business, I always wanted to become a full-time artist.

I started taking Studio Art courses in 2015 at my local community center. Then, after retiring from a corporate career in 2020, I returned to college full-time to develop my drawing and painting skills. In 2026, I launched my first paintings for sale on this website.

My goal is to create art that inspires joy. I believe artists create a record of the times in which they live. I’m awed by nature’s beauty, and also value how humankind has made its imprint on our world. I try to portray my optimistic observations with each brushstroke.
